Concept 1: The Calendar Problem

After discussing the importance of creativity in the work environment, students are to design a creative alternative to a calendar that would be functional for a specific job.

Calendars should incorporate 12 elements to represent the passage of 12 different months OR students could choose to represent 30 elements to represent the passage of 30 days.

Students should consider the following for their calendar:

-what important changes happen throughout the year at that job?
-what would that job need to note on their calendar (dates, schedules, shipments, etc.)
-are the other senses important for this job (scent, touch, sound)?

Example: Scent Calendar
